[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — cancel my policy. no.[protected] | |||
I am holding a max life insurance policy no.[protected]. As i am unable to continue with the policy due to paucity of funds, i had communicated to the customer care executives of max life insurance for not producing the ecs towards payment of the policy premium. It is to be noted that on my repeated requests to different customer care executives of max life insurance not to produce the ecs for payment, they had done so, thus the payment was not made and returned to them. Again, i am pained to stated that i am receiving calls repeatedly from them to pay-off the premium amount and i have attended all calls with repeated requests not to produce the ecs for payment. Time and again, the customer care executives of max life insurance calling me saying that they will produce the returned ecs to the bank. I would now request your good selves to kindly make a record of my plea in your forum and take action as deem fit and necessary. Was this information helpful? | |||
