The policy holder mr. Lakshmanan died on 02/05/2016 in an accident and on receipt of fir copy during march 2017, i bremkumar the nominee of the policy holder preferred a cliam i have also submitted all the documents sought for from your firm have been duly submitted. Even after submission of all the required documents four months have since been elapsed but no information or communication has been initiated by your firm till now. Our enquiries through local branch/mail/toll free number have not been evoked any response. Please expedite the process and coomunicate me and arrange to pay the cliam at the earliest.
