[Resolved] Max Life Insurance Company — surrender the policy with sufficient returns | |
The details of our complaint is as follows: We took a policy from max life insurance (Policy number[protected], which was issued on january 10, 2012. Two premiums each of (Approx.) 51, 000/- were paid yearly, but due to some sort of sudden financial crisis we were unable to pay the rest premiums. Now if we do not pay the rest premiums and the amount due (Which is pretty good amount for us to pay at this point of time) our policy would be terminated and we won't get the amount which is already paid by us as premiums. The reply from max life insurance to our complaint was that we did sign a bond that if we were not satisfied by the clauses of the policy we could have terminated it within 15 days of issuing it. But that time we didn't have any objections as things were going pretty good, but now as i said earlier, we are going through some critical period, we are unable to continue the policy and demanding for the refund. The request from our side is that kindly help us getting back the money paid by us as we can't bear the loss of such big amount. Thank you Regards. Was this information helpful? | |
