[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Complaint against Customer Care and Customer Care Executive | |||||
I called in Maxlife customer care department to find out the status of my father's policy as he was told in the branch that he already surrendered his policy and has already claimed his money that he'd invested. That's a big concern as he has not done so for the fact. I was already upset due to the branch service and then I landed to this guy Hari-Shankar. He was so irritating, immature and kiddish that he kept on asking questions to verify his details. I had already answered the three questions out of four he had correctly, still he wouldn't just let me know the status of my father's policy document. If you guys care even a bit about your customer, please go through that call recording. To help you track that call, you can go trhough the call recording for the call received from my number, that is [protected]. He was very stubborn, rude, no sensibility, unprofessional and non-sense. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE THAT I AM GONNA POST IT TO IRDA, BETTER YOU RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT QUICKLY. Inspite of inserting all the details required for verification purposes to IVR, I don't really get the point of asking four stupid questions for verification purpose to get a general query answered like whether the policy is up or not .
