Max Life Insurance — Complaint against giving false information and selling the policy | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have complain against Max Life insurance regarding one of the agent is giving false information and selling the policy. Agent has confirmed me that we are providing the services in your city i.e (Rohtak) 124001.and after that i got a call from max medical team they have scheduled a medical appointment through SAI DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE-ROHTAK on 11/09/2021. After all medical test done, On 12/09/2021 i got a call that we are not providing the services in your city. Please provide the alernate address otherwise we are cancelling the policy.
