[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — complaint regarding mis-selling max life insurance by axis bank staff | |||
Dear sir/madam, I shiva kumar was not aware of your policy terms and conditions and even max life insurance team didn't explain the benefits of the policy, so i decided not to go further with this policy and i had been writing emails to your service desk on the above issue. While during the discussion the second year's premium is also been deducted from my account dated[protected], which is unfair and unfaithful,. The policy which was given to me was a forceful agreement and your insurance agent never explained to me the benefits or premium to me properly, so i have decided not to continue with this policy anymore. So i kindly request to refund my money which was deducted on[protected] @04.31pm And the money which was in my account was kept for my dad, s operation, so hope you understand our situation and help us to get our money back Requesting you to do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
