[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — customer care using abusive language | |||
I have a policy from max life. Recently i got a call from an insurance company that my policy commission can be redeemed from max life insurance and i need to create a policy of inr 30000 for the same. I am not sure if this is fake or real but i have been getting disturbing calls from the call centre and they are also using abusive language. Abusive language is certainly not acceptable and i want to cancel my policy with max life owing to this behaviour Was this information helpful? | |||
