Max Life Insurance — Data Leak | |||
I received a call a few days back from Max Life customer center regarding review of my policy and they asked me if someone is giving you an update on your policy and all that stuff. I said no and requested a call back from my executive so that I can get the update of my policy. Then someone called again from maxlife customer center and said you have paid this much amount and this is the fund value which is very less then the original and said I asked why is it so so she said because this is agent specific policy and all the profit is going into agent account instead of coming back to you. And as per a normal human being i said ok now how can i remove the agent she said i will raise the complaint to IRDA and they will help you out with this. So I received this call from someone called NITIN AGGARAWAL [protected] from GBIC. Now the question is how does this person know every detail about me and my policy? And if you guys know about these calls why you are not doing anything about it as i can see there are a lot of people who are receiving such calls. How can they get my every details from premium paid to fund balance policy no. and everything else if there is some data leak why there is no notification from your side if not then there are people in your firm doing this?
