Max Life Insurance — Free look cancellation of policy | |
The policy I bought was not exactly what was explained to me, so I bought a more suitable policy. For two weeks I have been trying to cancel the policy, no.[protected]. Maxlife helpdesk repeatedly sends mails asking us to cancel on their website. I fill all details on the website and then am informed that a glitch has occurred. This has happened al least a dozen times, but they continue to tell me to cancel the policy on their website. Was this information helpful? | |
