Max Life Insurance — Freelook cancellation of Policy[protected] | |||
I have sent freelook cancellation by email, through maxlife system on 22-07-21. Until now only one automatic reply "our customer service executive will reply within 3 working days". Nothing else. No action has been taken. Till now system shows my policy is active. Iam an NRI and no one contacting either by email or by phone calls. Very worst customer service I have ever seen.
