[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — fund switch in ulip | |
Max life insurance customer portal says fund switch will be confirmed in 48 hours. However the last fund switch i did took 19 days to be confirmed. Thereby the customer is exploited and robbed of the market fluctuations and the gains there in, by max life insurance. Other companies like icici and hdfc confirm fund switch instantly and the transaction is visible on the customer portal the very next day. Poor and dishonest show by max. I assure you that if this continues more and more customers including me will withdraw our funds from max life insurance. Was this information helpful? | |
