One year ago I have taken a policy where I didn't like it. Where I have already told that I don't like the product kindly close the policy but they still they taken my money from my account where it is not fair and I want my money to be refunded immediately.first time they tried to take my money it got bounce after they called me I told clearly told I don't want to continue and yesterday again they have taken my money without my permission Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 03, 2017 Max Life Insurance Customer Care's response Dear Nagakiran, Our customer representative has spoken to you and mailed you to inform that your payment deducted on Mar 20, 2017 of amount Rs.10, 375 got bounce due to the insufficient funds in your account.The payment deducted on Mar 30, 2017 is still not cleared in our account.Once the same will be cleared, then we will provide you the premium receipt for the same.In future you can reach max life directly on [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com and mention ticket number 18158867 in the subject line of all the emails regarding this.
