Dear Sir, My policy no is[protected]. Taken in 29/08/2006. I took a policy in year 2006 for rupees 24000. I paid one installment. And asked the executive and told him that i can pay only one time. He agree that. Even then i tried to login to my policy account for next year payment, But i could not able to login. I ask them to send the password. But even with that password I could not able to login. Again I send a email. But no reply. Now after 10 years, they are calling me and telling that you will get only 7 thousand. After hearing this i got frustrated, become speech less, heartbroken, not able to do any work, always feeling about their cheating. Please help me to get at-least the money i paid 10 years back.
