Max Life Insurance — mis selling of policy no[protected]updated)

I want to register my complaint of miscelling of max policy no[protected], in which the agent told me initially that i have to pay a single premium which was rs.106703.00 & i paid rs.110000.13 inclusive to service tax, but when i received the policy it was written 12 years instead to one year... Due to some unfortunate reason i was not able to read the policy documents in free look up period ie -15 days till then i have contacted policy selling agent saveral time & he assured me that it is due to some mistake & he will correct it... But till then i was keep following with him for 1- 2 years but not got any response from him...& he stop picking my call... I was very frustrated due to this misselling & so i wanted to surrender my policy & want to refund my amount... Pls help to return my hardearned money.

Updated by amuverma2000 really worst response from Max Life Insurance...they are highly unorofessional un their behaviour...neither Company nor agent is guving proper response.
