[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Misbehavior of branch staff named Mr. Sankoch | |||
Dear sir, Today i have visited bulandshahr branch office of max life insurance company for knowing surrender value of my uncle's policy with original policy document. Mr. Sankoch was on enquiry counter. He strictly denied to tell any information about policy. I requested that, you can call my uncle on mobile as per your policy record. My uncle is unable to come only for knowing surrender value. He has misbehaved with me and way of talking was also negative. You are requested to please take action on his misbehave and negative attitude, so that any customer wouldn't face this kind of misbehavior.
