[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — miscommunication of policy | |||
Dear sir, I bought a pension plan on 21/11/2016 policy no. Is[protected]. At the time of purchasing plan i was told the locking period of plan is 3 years after three years if i withdraw i will get 100% of premium paid but now i was told there is no locking period and if i will withdraw will get nothing. Mrs. Pooja aggrwal a. G. M. Rajender nagar delhi branch has sold me this plan and descibed the plan now she is denying everything. She made my wife saraswati raitani in this policy an agent now she is agent as well nominee too. Now kindly suggest me the right solution to come out. Thanks Pradeep raitani.
