[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Monthly 500 rs deducted from my axis account without my consent

Every month on last date of month, approximately 500rs deducting from my axis saving account through ecs.
I dont know why max life is deducting amount i havent taken any insurance and i havet signed any aggrement as such.
Please stop ecs deduction and refund my money back till now what is been deducted.
