[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — no proper service & unfair settlement of bonus | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am mr swapneel suresh kondgule, your valid policy holder, policy number[protected]. Since the inception of the policy in the year 2013, i have regular paid my premium. Today i have received a call from your executive regarding some bonus. As per the executive i have received bonus of 50, 000/- in the year 2015 & will be receiving 59, 000/- this year. But i am unaware of any bonus. Neither it was conveyed during commencement nor informed. I want to complain against the company for not informing me about it. I demand complete refunding of my previous bonus with interest and further bonus benefits should be also taken care of. I hope my query will be looked into.
