No where it is mentioned that you should have to pay 3 times for refund on policy surrender.in terms and conditions it is mentioned that in case the policy is not revived during this revival period, the policy will terminate and the surrender value, if any, shall be paid at the end of third anniversary or at the end of the revival period whichever is later.
