My above policy matured in march, 2017. I have received approx 45000 in my account whereas the policy amount was rs.50, 000/-. On checking from your head office, i have been informed that an amount of rs.17, 500/-, rs. 15, 000/- and rs. 10, 568/- was paid to me. I would like to inform you that i have received cheques for rs.15, 000 and rs. 10, 568 only. I have not received cheque of rs.17, 500/-. I request you to kindly check from your account and issue me another cheque of rs.17, 500/-
