My policy no :[protected] and my plan name : maxlife stepping stones 11 years - gtms. And my issue date was-6 aug, 2006 and maturity date -6 aug, 2017.. But still i did not get my money. And my status also showing matured.

So please i request you to return the money as soon as possible to my bank account

My policy no :[protected] and my plan name : maxlife stepping stones 11 years - gtms. And my issue date was-6 aug, 2006 and maturity date -6 aug, 2017.. But still i did not get my money. And my status also showing matured. And i only receive the amount of rs31 but i did not receive money of rs46000 and yesterday also i complain to you then i ask in post office then they are saying that we do not have anything related to you from max life insurance.And many times i compaint to you but no response from max life insurance .and due to lack of money i am suffering from very bad health issues.And from max they have given me the false reference no. of postoffice.

So please i request you to return the money as soon as possible to my bank account if not then i will do complain in PMO and consumer form(wopbhogta form) and IRDA i will say to them that intead of Rs46000 they have given me amount only Rs 31 and i will also say that this insurance company is making me fool and keeping Rs46000 to themselves.Atlast i want to say you that please solve my problem asa soon as possible otherwise i will complain in IRDA with in days .And please call me for more details in the given mobile number.
