A Life Partner Plus Limited Pay Endowment to Age 75 Plan having Policy no.[protected] was taken through Agent having code JG[protected] on 30th Jun-2009 having annual Premium of Rs 49, 994.57. The above quoted agent has neither given any feedback regarding above quoted policy's status nor met me personally regarding the same till date . But he uses to raise the claim of any benefit or bonus allotted against the above quoted Policy no. on behalf of me with out my concern or any authority letter given by me.
