Sir/madam I have a max life cancer insurance (Policy no:[protected] with your company. From the aforesaid insurance your company had availed a first emi for rs 5900/- after this i had requested your companies customer care department not to take further emi's and cancel the insurance. But unfortunately you had taken it 2nd emi also for rs 5900/-. Please arrange to cancel the insurance and refund the last emi paid by immediately.
