I have purchase a policy on 16 dec 2016 and now due to some personal reason i want to cancel the policy. I went to the max center to inform then they just ignore and not help me. And said that wait for some time and then come back. Can anyone help me in cancelling the policy. Yet i have not received the documents. Please help me in this asap. Plaese help.
