[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Policy surrender | |||||
I have started a policy with Max Life Insurance on 2012, (Policy #[protected], and paid 4 years premium continuously approximately the total of Rs. 200, 548. Now I have decided to surrender my policy due to some personal financial issues. When I have requested the details of surrender value, I received the reply from Max Life Insurance saying that I will get back the amount of Rs.73, 053.40 only.
