Sir, I am sorry to inform you that I have approached Axis Bank Nuapada Branch for provide of Money receipt against my above Policy No several time but I am helpless to receipt of the Money receipt of my 2nd term deposit of premium against Policy No[protected] which i need to filein my office for calculation of Income tax rebate.
