[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — regarding policy no 40819475 from max life insurance | |
Dear team, I purchased a policy from max life insurance with investment plan of rs.50000/- and agent told me while login policy that i can surrender the same after 1 year but now it is fourth year and i am unable to surrender the same. I did policy on trust of company and agent but now customer care was saying i cannot surrender the policy. What is my fault in this? Kindly accept my request and forward the same to company to surrender the policy number 40819475 under mis guidance clause in insurance by an agent as i was mis guided and now facing cash crunch. Kindly guide and proceed accordingly. The policy is also showing expiry date of 29/03/2019 but company is not ready to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |
