[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — somebody else policy is linked to my client id with same name

There is some other Rajbala from Sikar and her policy is showing up under my original policy as she is not linked with me in any ways. This is fraud and my original contact number which is in my policy document is also overrided. However my email is still intact and i come to know about this fraud.

I have mailed to service.helpdesk hope your response. Attached is consolidated statement showing fraud.

Updated by victorkuldeep Thank you for your prompt response. Since contact is also updated in policy of another user. I have raised SR to update the same and is still pending. Meanwhile please communicate to my policy registered email to avoid any confusion. Once contact change SR is executed you can connect on the same.
