[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — term plan cancellation charges for medical which was not done

Hi,
I have taken the term policy from max life but as i was not satisfied i have cancelled the policy in the free look period but i haven't received full refund amount, they have deducted stamp charges and medical charges, out of those i am ok with stamp charges but what about medical charges, when medical was not done at all how can they deduct the money for medical charges, also the policy was itself a non-medical policy then also deducted the medical charges and after many follow up complain, also mails to grievance, nobody is replying back and refunding back my money for medical deduction, i have done many follows up but no response, can you please check.

Updated by saurabh sri Max life has send the repeated mail again, although I have clearly stated that Medical was not done so how medical charges are deducted, I wanted my medical charges refunded back but still replied back the same, I dont think they understand the problem, they just reply back with the same reply without seeing the previous mails and complain, not even read the complain, please find below the answer for which I have replied back again.

My reply to above mail:

Why you people don't understand what I am asking, when there was no medical done and the policy was no-medical required policy then how come you deducted the amount for medical charges when there is not medical done.

Kindly understand and look back for all the complains and mail I have sent, don't blindly come up with the same resolution.
