Policy no is[protected] i have applied for cancellation of policy within free look period due to bad service and wrong information about rider provide to me by your employee mr wagh nagpur approach us with axix bank employee. Ravinagar branch i have told him from day 1 for arranging medical test but he has not done. He has taken our demand casually and did not give positive response after deducting our money. He has regularly tolerate me after continue my follow up and also your employees irritate me on phone also told us that you will not get your money on other side one of your another employee told us that it will be done and i received so many calls also unnecessarily called my wife mobile number for talking with me and now i received mail for refund of money they have deducted rs. 2000/- and your executive mr. Wagh told me not a single rupee will be deducted Also i inform you that i have done all procedures within time and uploading all documents properly i have all records of that I kindly request you please look into matter and refund my total amount.
