[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Urgent ecs to be cancelled

Dear Team,

There is an urgent request to stop the ECS ( auto debit facility) for the below mentioned policy with immediate effect. I do not want to continue with policy any longer.
I am being charged for non maintenance charges, as I am not keeping money in the account as every 7 days I get a message for auto debit, It is really harassing me, So kindly stop the mandate on immediate basis and confirm or else would be forced to escalate the matter to the next level.
