[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Wish to surrender policies

I am lalima Nautiyal I had taken two policies in 2011.The policy numbers are[protected] and[protected].I had paid the premium for 2 years but was unable to do so after that. I wish to surrender these policies and take the amount back.I had gone to the bank and spoken about this but they refused to give me the amount.They simply told me to close the policies.
