I was given a policy by max new york agent on premium of 10, 000 rs. I was told that i have to deposit the premium for three years, but i was not able to deposit that amount on successive years, then i was told that after five years i can surrender that policy and get some amount back. now i am calling to agent and company helpline number they are telling that my policy is expired and i will not get any money back. this is a fraud with customers. taking money on sake of policy and not returning even a single penny. what i do to receive my money. kindly help me.
