Dear Sir, I am the Policy holder of Max. new York Life Insurance company. policy No[protected] Policy Start date- 15 Jan 08 Annual Target Premium-Rs.10000 Statement Period-15 Jan 08 to 31 Aug 09. Monthy Administrative charges are too much higher.For the 18 months till now 9411.71 Rs.(monthly average 470.58 Rs) has been deducted. I want to know that the above charge deduction is justified under the rule of policy of government of India. For your kind reference monlty statement of Policy is being attached with this mail. My resident is in chidamabarm. manalur .Since last two months no rep. from TNEB for calculate the bill charges came and we informed many times to the office but no response.how we can make the payment to know?Sometimes they ask to pay the same amt of previous month and if pay extra for this month will they recover for next month?.
