I was given a policy by max new york agent on premium of 10, 000 rs. I was told that i have to deposit the premium for three years, but i was not able to deposit that amount on successive years, then i was told that after five years i can surrender that policy and get some amount back. now i am calling to agent and company helpline number they are telling that my policy is expired and i will not get any money back. this is a fraud with customers....

Annual Target Premium-Rs.10000
Statement Period-15 Jan 08 to 31 Aug 09.
Monthy Administrative charges are too much higher.For the 18 months till now 9411.71 Rs.(monthly average 470.58 Rs) has been deducted.
I want to know that the above charge deduction is justified...

i have purchased a policy in the name of miss Ananya my daugther's daughter with payer/proposer myself ravinder kr gupta and paid Rs 6000 by sbi model town ambala city through cheque which was given to miss parveen/ mr aditya agent of max new york life ambala city haryana. they have changed the documents by cuting/correections/tampering in the record and signing my daughter signature to issue policy not required that in the of my daughter...

I have resigned from the Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited and give my resignation to the Area Sales Manager, Mr Rohit Sharma on dated July 4, 2008 through email and on dated 06.08.2008 I was informed by the Branch Manager Mr Sunil Bagga that my resignation has been accepted, hence I left the Company on dated 06.08.2008.
