Hi I place a order of Samsung housing f219 but I don’t get product due to non available of product. I already pay Rs 544 . My order number is #139971 . You have added cash back to my maxbhi e-wallet account, But right now I do not wish to purchase any other products . I want my refund back by cheque or transfer the refund to my bank account . As i can see that on 16th of October we added 957 iPoints to your Maxbhi eWallet and the same you refunded to your bank on 16th October 2015 . means complete payment which was used to pay was refunded to your account by you. I hope all the miss-understandings ar clear by now. Please let me know if there is anything else i can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can also know the terms and policies from our end.
