The product was to be replaced as it did not function well so I was asked to sent the product back to them via Professional Courier way bill MAA[protected] was delivered at New Delhi on Friday, January 08, 2016 at 16:05:38 and is acknowledged with SIGNATURE. But they claim that they have not received and stupid sentence like I don't understand what you are trying to say, we did not receive the parcel etc has been the story so far, I have a good feeling that they are not going to service the product at-least that’s the picture they are providing Was this information helpful? | |||||
