I had purchased 'Charging PCB Complete Flex for Nokia 6.1 plus' from www.maxbhi.com on 3rd Nov 2019. However post receiving the order I noticed the PCB board does not have Network IC Chip, hence I called up for a replacement. On 14th Nov 2019, I got a mail stating my replacement request has been declined. Later I called up customer care asking for the reason for decline, they told the product doesn't come with IC Chip. Hence I asked for refund of the payment and cancellation of order.

However Maxbhi doesn't have a return policy for this product. They are cheating many costumers by misleading with the product name. Please help

Updated by Vinay BS The Customer Care is ridiculous, they tell the same story every single time. They dont have a refund policy. How can a online portal decline returns if Consumer is not happy with the product.
