[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — delay for refund

I had placed an order (Order number 741032) on january 2, 2018 on maxbhi website by paying rs.1950 by debit card. But they cancelled my order saying that the product is not available and they initiated refund on january 3, 2018. But the amount has not been credited in my bank account. Jan 03, 2018 Updated by sande19 I have purchased a display for samsung on7 pro on maxbhi.com on 02 jan 2018. At the time of purchase they showed me the standard delivery time as 3 days. But the website neither shipped the product nor display any shipment details on website. When called to customer care their officer told me that it will take 5-7 working days. It's not as per their claim of 2-3 days for standard delivery time as they showed on website Order number is 741032.
