I ordered a display lcd of Asus zenfone Max pro M1 from Maxbhi.com on 24th October. I received it on 28th October. Got the display checked by a local technician, It didn't look damaged from any spot but still the touch of the screen wasn't working. I requested for the replacement on 30th October. Attached the photographs of the screen also. It took the customer service 6 days to respond about this issue and the customer executive only called once as if they are doing some sort of favor to me. I called them twice the following days i. e. 6th and 7th November but the customer service executives were always busy. On 8th November I received the call again and the executive said to courier the lcd back to them by 11th November. I speed-posted it through trackon on 8th November. They received it on 9th and today (12th November) they are responding to me that, "They didn't send me a faulty product and it was me who damaged the product". Why would I damage something I am so eager to use?
The whole aftermath of this Incident was that I did not receive a good product and then they denied the replacement request too. My experience with the customer service and the product was horrible. The customer executives on the other hand are nice in doing their job, they are soft spoken and respectable. It's just the company which is doing a shady work. Was this information helpful? |
