I ordered a product for mobile phone display model redmi note 5 pro for 1, 143 ₹ with order id 4805565 on 21 july and I recieved the product quickly on 28 july within 7 days. I was quite happy with the speedy delivery and packaging but when I tried to install the product the touch display didn't work and it froze and due to limited time and in need of a phone I went to a local mi service center off market and bought a new display and I installed it working perfectly fine. These things are not new to me since I repair a lot of electronic stuffs for many years and so the product that I ordered online from Maxbhi.com was a fake one and not wanting to keep the fake product display I tried their replacement policy or to return the product but due to my horror, they dont have pick up services and even if we try to return it, all the expenses have to be done by us . God knows even if it reaches to their services they would do a refund or replace a new one. So, adding up all those things, people need to be aware of all these silly websites scaming people without proper knowledge of online media.
It happened to me for only 1, 143₹ but who knows some people might order expensive products and be decieved by their scam. Therefore, I am requesting any concerned people who deals with all these things to shut all these websites so that less fraudulence is avoided.

Where is my product i see the product was misrouted what does mean that?

I'd ordered a backpanel and a folder or Xiaomi Mi A2 on 16th july 2022. And its 27 july 2022 and i didnt received my product till date. While the delivery date was 18th july 2022.
I thought these scammers took my 2300 rupees. Now I'm moving to the consumer forum. And i'll send the notice through the e-mail.

I ordered 2 times on maxbhi on 17 July 2022 and 24 July 2022.

There is no update on when they are going to deliver. When I tried to contact, no one picks the call. When requested for call back, no call back is arranged,

If they can't deliver, they can refund the money.

#4747335 amount 359. I have cancelled the order on the same day. I have even contacted your customer care for 4 times to initiate the refund . Its been 12 days now i have purchased it. Please do the refund . As i am facing shortage of funds . If you need any details of bank account please let me know . I am waiting for the fund.They havent asked my bank details for the refund.

Kya kahi maine maxbhi.com se shopping karke Koi Galti to nahin karti Kyunki Mere order ko yah kah Rahe Hain Ki mangalwar ka aapko deliver kar diya Jaega per mere ko abhi tak unke dwara tracking id Nahin provide ki Gai aur na hi unke customer care per call kar rahe hain na to vahan se response mil raha hai aur call back ki request dal rahe tab bhi due toh girana ka message show kar raha hai.

I had placed an order on your website on 11thJuly in the afternoon with Order number #4762229.Till date it has not yet been dispatched to me.While placing the order it showed that it will reach me in two days thus i had placed the order as i had to send it to someone on a urgent basis.Even while writing this complaint it shows not yet dispatched.

I have ordered realme x2 display folder on 5th July. In website it showed as if i order it within 30minutes the product will be delivered by 7th July with order id 4740918. Now there is no improvement in delivery status, it's just showing "Product is currently being quality checked and is expected to be shipped soon to you" when I contacted their support they are like there is no cancellation policy. If they are not delivering on the given date then it's just a scam na. Now there is not even any change in the delivery status. If they don't have good infrastructure to sell on their own then should sell on e-commerce. If they are not delivering within the end of the day then I will complaint a case against them.

Hello Maxbhi This is Dhaneshwar, Actually I Ordered A Display For Lava Iris 702. But Unfortunately It Took Very Long Time To Delivery So I Had To Cancel It and After After Cancellation The Money Has Been Credited To My Maxbhi E Wallet .Then After I opted To Refund To Bank Account.So many were gone by refund hasn't been credited to my bank yet.So Please Take This Complaint Seriously and Resolve my Issue

I am being offered a LCD DISPLAY BY MAXBHI

As the Original Unit support AMOLED, I will not want to put LCD DISPLAY which is being supplied by your company.

I am an Indian customer, please do not harass me.

I have placed the order at 04.25 pm evening today 13th June 2022. Within 10 minutes I called your Customer Support and Told them that I do not need a LCD DISPLAY for the phone which Originally has a Amoled Display Unit.

Also I have made it clear that your company can deduct some transaction charge and refund, as the LDC DISPLAY will not be of any use to me.

I am sure that you will Refund My Amount without much harassment being caused to a fellow Indian citizen of calling you people 100 time. Or giving me a shock by wasting my hard earned Rs.5499 as the LCD DISPLAY IS OF NO USE TO THE PHONE:

This is to state that on 25th may 2022 i have ordered one product of Redmi note 7 of LCD & Touch company, whereas i wanted to order Redmi note 7 pro touch & LCD company. now when i contacted Maxbhi customer care, they clearly saying that its not refundable and cannot replace with it, my product no is # 4591723.

my concern is what i am suppose to do with the current product, it would be really helpful if maxbhi would have replace with different item. i am also ready to pay extra charges and also ready to face waveoff charges if the current product was found in not working condition.

request you to please look our concern and resolve as soon as possible

I had ordered mobile screen and i had to cancel it on same day, i spoke with customer care to cancel it on my behalf as i didn’t found any option on Maxbhi site to cancel. Maxbhi deducted 25 % as shipping charges and refunded remaining amount to Ewallet, Now i am not able to transfer the balance to my bank account as i get an error saying that insufficient funds to transfer.

Please resolve my issue,

I have ordered a battery for my phone cloud pace (Intex) on advance payment but company has sent me the wrong product of aqua (Intex) battrey which is not compatible for my phone .when I raise a request for replacement or my money back they are arguing and forced me that they have sent right product I have already sent the pics of that product they are not giving the response this is purely a cheating pls look after this matter.

I'm a happy OnePlus 5 owner for the past 4.5 years. While the phone is great, over the time battery drains out pretty quickly and I wanted to find a good replacement option online. I found out that Maxbhi.com was selling one with a decent amount of reviews on their website (I don't know if they manipulate those reviews).

They are not replying nor receiving call. I have ordered wrong product mistakenly and also made the payment. Now i want to cancel but there is no cancel option. I want refund.my order number is 4454350

Maxbhi sended me dysfunction item which they sell as non original replacement part but the items is not for replacement and is a product with manufacturing defects. Nobody in the market sells the following product except maxbhi as replacement part, it's old Chinese stock which was a test item not a replacement and discontinued in the market. Maxbhi is denying replacement or refund as they want to get rid of following and dumping it on customer. I urge Consumer complaints to take action against this unfair trade practice and help me get my money back.
