Dear Respected sir,
Good morning,
I had placed an order on your website on 11thJuly in the afternoon with Order number #4762229.Till date it has not yet been dispatched to me.While placing the order it showed that it will reach me in two days thus i had placed the order as i had to send it to someone on a urgent basis.Even while writing this complaint it shows not yet dispatched.

      I have ordered realme x2 display folder on 5th July. In website it showed as if i order it within 30minutes the product will be delivered by 7th July with order id 4740918. Now there is no improvement in delivery status, it's just showing "Product is currently being quality checked and is expected to be shipped soon to you" when I contacted their support they are like there is no cancellation policy. If they are not delivering on the given date then it's just a scam na. Now there is not even any change in the delivery status. If they don't have good infrastructure to sell on their own then should sell on e-commerce. If they are not delivering within the end of the day then I will complaint a case against them.

        No proper response by any of above members they are ignoring my calls
        Govt. should have to take action on maxbi.

        Hello Maxbhi This is Dhaneshwar, Actually I Ordered A Display For Lava Iris 702. But Unfortunately It Took Very Long Time To Delivery So I Had To Cancel It and After After Cancellation The Money Has Been Credited To My Maxbhi E Wallet .Then After I opted To Refund To Bank Account.So many were gone by refund hasn't been credited to my bank yet.So Please Take This Complaint Seriously and Resolve my Issue

          Refund from maxbhi.com of Rs.5499

          They are serial offenders...

          I have written them an email today...

          But am sure they will come up with excuses to steal my hard earned money.

          I request to cancel and refund for the order:
          Order #4660069, Paid on 13th Jun 2022 at 4:25pm

          Rs.5499 was paid through Paytm

          Please note that the order was for
          Display and Touch unit for Oppo reno 3 pro.

          I am being offered a LCD DISPLAY BY MAXBHI

          As the Original Unit support AMOLED, I will not want to put LCD DISPLAY which is being supplied by your company.

          I am an Indian customer, please do not harass me.

          I have placed the order at 04.25 pm evening today 13th June 2022. Within 10 minutes I called your Customer Support and Told them that I do not need a LCD DISPLAY for the phone which Originally has a Amoled Display Unit.

          Also I have made it clear that your company can deduct some transaction charge and refund, as the LDC DISPLAY will not be of any use to me.

          I am sure that you will Refund My Amount without much harassment being caused to a fellow Indian citizen of calling you people 100 time. Or giving me a shock by wasting my hard earned Rs.5499 as the LCD DISPLAY IS OF NO USE TO THE PHONE:
          OPPO RENO 3 PRO.

          As after I placed the Order...I immediately ..contacted them for Cancellation of the Order...Also I advised them to deduct 20% of Rs.5499 that I paid and refund the Balance... As I was trapped...as they had not mentioned that the product was not compatible with the Original...or hardly compatible...

          So finally they refunded Rs.4399 they deducted Rs.1100

            This is to state that on 25th may 2022 i have ordered one product of Redmi note 7 of LCD & Touch company, whereas i wanted to order Redmi note 7 pro touch & LCD company. now when i contacted Maxbhi customer care, they clearly saying that its not refundable and cannot replace with it, my product no is # 4591723.

            my concern is what i am suppose to do with the current product, it would be really helpful if maxbhi would have replace with different item. i am also ready to pay extra charges and also ready to face waveoff charges if the current product was found in not working condition.

            request you to please look our concern and resolve as soon as possible

              Hello Sir,

              I had ordered mobile screen and i had to cancel it on same day, i spoke with customer care to cancel it on my behalf as i didn’t found any option on Maxbhi site to cancel. Maxbhi deducted 25 % as shipping charges and refunded remaining amount to Ewallet, Now i am not able to transfer the balance to my bank account as i get an error saying that insufficient funds to transfer.

              Please resolve my issue,

                I have ordered a battery for my phone cloud pace (Intex) on advance payment but company has sent me the wrong product of aqua (Intex) battrey which is not compatible for my phone .when I raise a request for replacement or my money back they are arguing and forced me that they have sent right product I have already sent the pics of that product they are not giving the response this is purely a cheating pls look after this matter.

                  Maxbhi Sent Me a duplicate OnePlus 5 Battery

                  I'm a happy OnePlus 5 owner for the past 4.5 years. While the phone is great, over the time battery drains out pretty quickly and I wanted to find a good replacement option online. I found out that Maxbhi.com was selling one with a decent amount of reviews on their website (I don't know if they manipulate those reviews).

                  मैंने आपकी साइड से पहली बार प्रोडक्ट खरीदा मुझे पता नहीं चल पा रहा है कि मेरे प्रोडक्ट की लोकेशन क्या है एक हफ्ता हो गया है मुझे अभी तक मेरा प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिला है आपके सर्विस कस्टमर वाले पूरी बात सुनते नहीं हैं और कोल होल्ड पर डाल देते हैं पूरी तरीके से कोई बात करना चाहता नहीं है प्लीज जल्दी से मेरा प्रोडक्ट मुझे पहुंचाया जाए आगे से मैं शायद ही कुछ आर्डर करूंगा अगर ऐसी ही सर्विस मिलेगी तो मैंने अपना आर्डर[protected] को बुक किया था

                      Maxbhi sended me dysfunction item which they sell as non original replacement part but the items is not for replacement and is a product with manufacturing defects. Nobody in the market sells the following product except maxbhi as replacement part, it's old Chinese stock which was a test item not a replacement and discontinued in the market. Maxbhi is denying replacement or refund as they want to get rid of following and dumping it on customer. I urge Consumer complaints to take action against this unfair trade practice and help me get my money back.

                        I ordered a samsung galaxy M31 screen/display(Order #4380449, Paid on 14th Mar 2022) from maxbhi.com, it didn't have any visible defect but when i connected it to my phone the display was internally damaged. when I asked for a replacement they declined it and said that they will only cover manufacturing defect and it can not be replaced after testing or installing, but without installing how would I know if its working or not.

                        I paid 2389 rupees for this and they sent me previously damaged product and now refusing to replace it. I would like them to either replace it or give me a refund.

                              I have ordered a screen with maxbhi on 9 March 2022 which got delivered today itself dated 11march 2022, the send a expired screen which I came to know when i was at the shop to get it installed in my phone when I connected the screen and switched my phone on it was blank, not showing anything at all then I called up the customer care and they told me to fill a form then company will call me and after that I have to courier it to them and then they will initiate the replacement and when I asked how much time it will take they said no idea about this sir. What is this behaviour and they guys took 3 days to deliver the screen from Delhi to Noida after performing end number for tests still the screen is not working and when I am saying that I'll return it tomorrow by coming to your office they are saying sure but you'll not get a replacement it will take time, why the hell they are making it difficult and they are not even ready to refund my amount please help me soon. They guys are horrible I don't know how they are running such a business online full of fraudity and complaints. This scenario is of Maxbhi. Com.
