Hello Sir,

I had ordered mobile screen and i had to cancel it on same day, i spoke with customer care to cancel it on my behalf as i didn’t found any option on Maxbhi site to cancel. Maxbhi deducted 25 % as shipping charges and refunded remaining amount to Ewallet, Now i am not able to transfer the balance to my bank account as i get an error saying that insufficient funds to transfer.

Please resolve my issue,...

I have ordered a battery for my phone cloud pace (Intex) on advance payment but company has sent me the wrong product of aqua (Intex) battrey which is not compatible for my phone .when I raise a request for replacement or my money back they are arguing and forced me that they have sent right product I have already sent the pics of that product they are not giving the response this is purely a cheating pls look after this matter....

They are not replying nor receiving call. I have ordered wrong product mistakenly and also made the payment. Now i want to cancel but there is no cancel option. I want refund.my order number is 4454350...

Maxbhi sended me dysfunction item which they sell as non original replacement part but the items is not for replacement and is a product with manufacturing defects. Nobody in the market sells the following product except maxbhi as replacement part, it's old Chinese stock which was a test item not a replacement and discontinued in the market. Maxbhi is denying replacement or refund as they want to get rid of following and dumping it on customer....

I ordered a samsung galaxy M31 screen/display(Order #4380449, Paid on 14th Mar 2022) from maxbhi.com, it didn't have any visible defect but when i connected it to my phone the display was internally damaged. when I asked for a replacement they declined it and said that they will only cover manufacturing defect and it can not be replaced after testing or installing, but without installing how would I know if its working or not.

I ordered a google pixel 3xl folder from maxbhi.com but I received a open box so I refused my delivery and it’s returning back to the seller but the didn’t provide my refund.

As a replacement of wrong item sent by their mistake they are asking me for shipment on my expenses.

Also company is not sharing any e-Mail ID requested by me.

I ordered an LCD touch screen in Maxbhi, and I received it. When it is connected to the phone the display is not working properly. Regarding this, I raised a replacement request which got declined and I tried to call them regarding this no one is giving me a proper reply and they are disconnecting the call....

My oppo realme 1 battery is faulty and too low quality. Maxbhi decline my replacement request without any valid reason. Even they did not respond to my calls. I have been told that my battery back got some scratch that is why they r not gonna replace my battery. But when they delivered the battery it's already been scratch while they testing the battery. I am adding some pictures as a proof....

I have purchased a battery for my phone. But they send a third cass and pathetic battery. As per their replacement policy i tired to replace my within my replacement warranty but they declined my request with some stupid cause and not even respond to my call. Please don't buy anything from this fake website #Maxbhi.com ur plz stop faking people....

On January 14th 2022 I have ordered 1pc of LCD with Touch Screen for Realme 6 - black (display glass combo folder) and my order id is Order #4188141
and i received it on January 21st(it took 8days to deliver). but when it was tested on my phone it wasn't working properly and it is not compatible my phone went blank and my technician removed and fixed with another touch screen. Since my my phone wasn't working for 1 week i cannot wait...
