I have purchased a LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy J5 - Gold (display glass combo folder) with Order ID: #1626785, which was found faulty. suddenly i call to the customer care and asked them what to do, they guide me to initiate a replace request with some photographs. I requested for replacement with some of the photographs, but now the declined my replace request ID: #10783 saying that the seal is broken, but i received the item in that condition only. Earlier i also purchased one product from this site and i found ok so i order the next item. please resolve my case a arrange for the replacement please. Was this information helpful? | |||
