I have placed an order on this worst site "maxbhi.com" and they themself cancelled the order and the refund was processed in maxbhi wallet without even knowing me and also the customer care told me to wait some more days or week to make the item in stock again and all they provide is lies only. even though the product is not in stock they show the product in stock on website. and the customer care are not receiving the calls tried almost every day seems like they are blocking number and not receiving the calls from me from my registered mobile number resolution needed - refund my money back to me order id - #1062772 amount - 533.72 Rs. date of order- 03/07/2018, 11:57 AM Was this information helpful? | |||

Same problem is facing mine.

I had ordered a touch digitizer of iball slide i701 on 15th of july. My order number is 1094070. After one week I got massage of cancellation of my order and my money is refunded as the form of points in machine.com's e-wallet. I want to refund my money in my bank account. So kindly refund my rupees 1029 in my bank account.
