[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — haven't received refund - 2+ months(order #: 956187) | |||||
I placed an order for Flip Cover for OnePlus 2 64GB - Black amounting to Rs 282.65(ORDER #: 956187) on 19th May, 2018. After 2 days they call me say that the product is unavailable. I asked them to cancel the order and transfer the amount to my bank. They agreed to it and told it will be credited within 10 days. When I didn't receive the payment I was following up with the sales team via email. They assured me they will credit the amount back to my account in next 48 hours.(MaxBhi complaint- request #233587) Today, its 04 Aug 2018(2 months+) and I still haven't received my refund. MaxBhi is an unethical company who do not follow business practices in an legal way. Kindly look into this issue and give justice. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved company has refunded the amount but haven't sent any acknowledgement mail/ receipt.
Advice for company: Please see to that you rent the receipt for the refund.
