Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — maxbhi does not allowing to cancel orders once made, once done... it cannot be undone

Maxbhi website is completely anti-consumer. If you make an order, and you realise it was a different item you wanted, and want to cancel this order, within a few seconds, you cannot do that. They are not giving any option to cancel/reschedule/change etc. But at the same time you made an order, and is waiting for product, after some days, you will receive an sms saying, your order is cancelled. This is completely ridiculous and one-sided act. They are not acting professional. This should be changed.
