[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — my order is cancelled request for money back to account | |||||
#1333528 and #1333529 are y order id on maxbhi. The product status is canceled and the money added to e wallet. Then i ordered another with id #1339441 using these wallet money. These also cancelled. The don't providing money back to bank. They shows product is available when booking and after booking they says that the product is not available in inventory. Was this information helpful? | |||||

For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support mail. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per payment procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
