Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — my order status shows under process #2

I have ordered a lcd display for my mobile lenovo k8 plus on 18th october 2019. Order id is #1956471. It still shows under process. I have tried to contact customer support many times but there is no support at all. Even i have requested for call back too but it didn’t worked. It’s shame on your part. It will defame your website name. Don’t play with the customers. So kindly cancel my order and refund my money to my account
