SRTP[protected]. Order shipped to Hyderabad on 24 june. But my product not yet received to me(my location miyapur).Order #4681128,

Shipping by : Ekart logistics
No proper response by any of above members they are ignoring my calls
Govt. should have to take action on maxbi.
Present status attached below.

I am requesting a consumer form members please take action on it.

They are not ready to deliver my product and they are not ready to give my refund also
