[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Order #338352 cancelled, refund amount not transferred to my bank account | |||||
Sir, I had ordered LCD with touch assembly for my phone Xolo q800 on 28/08/2016. My order ID #[protected]/08/2016, 08:36 PM) for LCD with touch assembly for Xolo q800 has been cancelled for no stock and and the money transferred to company's e-Wallet account. I had initiated refund to my bank account from their Maxbhi e-Wallet on 31/08/2016 @ 3.30 pm but the amount has not been received in my bank account yet. Its been more than 10 days the refund has been initiated, I I had sent a message over their FaceBook page but the company has not bothered to reply in this matter. Please look into the matter. Dont buy from Maxbhi.
Even i faced the same issue. i ordered for the screen digitizer for my intex mobile. after order placed they told me that, they dont have same color. so i cancelled it, and told them to transfer my money back to my bank. but its almost 1 month now.. still i have not received the amount. please do the needful.
