[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — order id 1164701 maxbhi.com | |||
Through my order #1164701 i ordered two item at 11:45 pm on 9/08/2018 next day morning i realised one item (Lcd screen for nokia c7 astound (Replacement display without touch) was worngly ordered instead of nokia c7 touch screen so i informed customer care through telcon as well as through email to cancel the order. Before shipping the order i requested them to cancel the order but 24 hours after the request for order cancelation they informed me that order is completely shipped and they cannot cancel the order. For me the part i am going to receive is useless. In advance i made the request but they were not supportive. Was this information helpful? | |||
